// LICENSING

Licensing, by design

Three defined licensing routes for visual collections, building condition readings and editorial publishing. Each engagement is documented by contract, with scope, rights and delivery terms established before work begins.

What we license

01

The render archive

A curated collection of AI-generated interior and architectural imagery, available for commercial use, AI training and fine-tuning, and editorial publishing.

The archive spans nine space categories and twenty-two design languages. Individual images carry documented provenance and an AI-generated label.

02

NUVARIS 192 readings

Structured building condition readings for engineering, architecture and facilities firms that resell condition work under their own client relationships.

Available on a white-label basis, priced and scoped per building. The formal record supports professional review and decision-making; the engineer of record verifies findings.

03

The 3D Transformative Digest

Editorial content for publishers and organizations working across architecture, interiors, spatial design and visual culture.

Content licensing and publishing permissions are arranged through the Copyright Clearance Center, with scope determined by the intended publication and use.

Term sheet framework

Each licence is documented against a defined set of commercial and operational terms.

GRANT

The agreement identifies the material, permitted acts and rights expressly granted to the licensee.

EXCLUSIVITY

Licences are non-exclusive unless a separately negotiated written provision establishes otherwise.

FIELD OF USE

Commercial, editorial, publishing, AI training or other approved uses are specified in the agreement.

TERM

The licence states its commencement date, duration and any applicable expiry provisions.

TERRITORY

The agreement identifies the geographic territory in which the licensed rights may be exercised.

DELIVERABLES

The agreement specifies the collection, record format, file resolution and delivery method.

PROVENANCE & RECORDS

Individual image records identify the image ID, prompt, date, generator, room category, style and AI-generated label.

ATTRIBUTION

Any required credit, identification or attribution language is stated in the signed agreement.

WARRANTIES

Representations are limited to the express contractual provisions and the scope of the rights being granted.

SUBLICENSING

Any permitted sublicensing, downstream distribution or third-party access is expressly defined.

FEES

Fees are established by licence tier, scope, field of use and any negotiated additional rights.

RENEWAL

Renewal terms, applicable fees and continuation rights are documented before the existing term expires.

How a licence closes

01

Request

The prospective licensee identifies the collection or service, intended use, scope and delivery requirements.

02

Written scope

Modish Global Inc. prepares a written scope identifying the proposed grant, permitted use, deliverables, restrictions and fees.

03

Contract

The parties review and execute the licensing agreement, including any required schedules and field-of-use provisions.

04

Countersignature and payment

Modish Global Inc. countersigns the agreement and confirms payment before delivery. Licensed material or contracted work is then delivered within the agreed scope.

Who signs

Modish Global Inc. · Nevada C corporation · licensor of record

Modish Global Inc. acts as licensor of record under its master licence from Modish.Ai LLC (Delaware), which holds the intellectual property.
