Modish Global Inc. ("Modish," "we," "us," or "our") is a Nevada C-Corp operating as a licensing-first, AI-powered architectural visualization and media infrastructure company. We operate the Modish.Ai™ iOS application, the 3D Transformative Digest™ digital publication, the DesignVault 3D™ render library platform, and the Modish.Ai Federal Division website at modish.ai (collectively, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Services. By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you register for an account, subscribe to the 3D Transformative Digest™, submit a federal inquiry, or otherwise interact with our Services, we may collect identity data (first name, last name, username, title or organization), contact data (email address, phone number), account credentials (username and encrypted password — we never store plaintext passwords), payment data processed through Stripe Inc., communications you send via contact forms or email, and subscription preferences including selected tier and licensing interests.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you access our website or iOS application, we automatically collect device and browser data (IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers), usage data (pages visited, time on page, click paths, referral URLs), analytics data collected through privacy-respecting tools, and cookies and similar technologies used for authentication and preference retention.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from third-party sources including Apple App Store (device identifiers and download attribution), Stripe (payment confirmation and fraud-prevention signals), ZINIO, PressReader, Magzter, and SyndiGate (subscription status and distribution data), and SAM.gov (publicly available registration data for government contractors).

We use the information we collect to provide and maintain the Services, process subscriptions and payments, send transactional emails, respond to inquiries, deliver the 3D Transformative Digest™ and editorial content, improve and develop our Services, detect and prevent fraud and security threats, comply with federal and state legal requirements, send marketing communications (with opt-out available), and fulfill government visualization contracts and federal procurement obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your personal information to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent.

Service Providers. We engage trusted third-party vendors to operate our Services, including Stripe (payment processing), Hostinger (web hosting), Apple (iOS app distribution), and digital distribution partners (ZINIO, PressReader, Magzter, SyndiGate). These vendors are contractually obligated to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.

Government and Legal Obligations. As a SAM.gov-registered federal contractor, we may be required to disclose certain business and contact information in connection with government procurement activities. We will disclose personal information when required by law, court order, or valid government request.

Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

IP Entity. Modish.Ai LLC (Delaware) holds our proprietary IP, render libraries, and platform assets. Data may be shared between Modish Global Inc. and Modish.Ai LLC for operational purposes under a data-sharing agreement.

We do not share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for commercial purposes without your explicit consent.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 3 years after closure. Payment records are retained for 7 years to comply with financial and tax regulations. Federal contract records are retained in accordance with applicable federal records retention schedules. Marketing data is deleted within 30 days of opt-out. Analytics data is retained in aggregated, anonymized form indefinitely.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit, encrypted storage for passwords and sensitive credentials, access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only, regular security reviews and vulnerability assessments, and payment data handled exclusively through Stripe's PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to protecting your data to the highest commercially reasonable standard.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information: the right to access a copy of your data, the right to correct inaccurate or incomplete data, the right to request deletion subject to legal retention requirements, the right to data portability in a structured machine-readable format, the right to opt out of marketing communications at any time, and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

The Modish.Ai™ application is distributed through the Apple App Store and complies with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines and privacy requirements. We provide an in-app privacy nutrition label disclosing all data types collected. We do not use data collected through the app for tracking across third-party apps and websites without your explicit permission. We comply with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. The app does not collect health or sensitive personal data. All data collected through the app is governed by this Privacy Policy.

Modish Global Inc. is based in the United States. If you access our Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using our Services, you consent to this transfer.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, including SAM.gov, ZINIO, PressReader, Magzter, SyndiGate, and other platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.
