The Engagement

Community Gym
& Common Areas.

Danielle Glass, General Manager of 601 Lido, engaged Modish.Ai to visualize the full potential of the development's shared amenity spaces. The community gym and common areas were photographed as-is — no staging, no filters — and uploaded directly into the Modish.Ai iOS app.

The Cinematic Intelligence engine processed the real photography and delivered 192 redesigns across 7 global design languages. Each redesign is a photorealistic visualization of the same space transformed by a distinct aesthetic — from Industrial Loft to French Chateau to Retro Pop Art.

The complete engagement was published as a 174-page Special Edition in the 3D Transformative Digest (DBM Issue #6, May 2025) — ISSN-accredited and distributed globally via ZINIO, PressReader, Magzter, and SyndiGate.

"We had a residence in our community — a beautiful home worth millions — that we simply could not move. The design was not communicating the value of the property, and the photography was not helping. Once Modish delivered the CI redesigns, everything changed. Buyers could finally see what the space was truly capable of. We closed at $3.2 million in under three weeks. The impact was so immediate that other owners in the building came to us requesting the same renders for their own units."
